  • Meet Our Expert Leader

    • Heather Williams is the Owner and Operator of Spot Check Cleaning, LLC, a specialized cleaning service dedicated to creating safer, healthier and more functional living environments for seniors in Montgomery County. Heather has experienced firsthand the difficulties and challenges that seniors face while trying to remain safe and comfortable at home. She is the full-time caregiver to her 75 year old mother. With a unique background combining expertise in Gerontology, Case Management and Home Hazard Cleaning services. She brings a deep compassionate, knowledgeable, and safety-focused approach to addressing the complex challenges of home hazards and hoarding situations within the senior community.
    • Heather posses a Certification in Gerontology from Boston School of Social Work. Providing a strong understanding of the aging process, common cognitive behaviors and changes in seniors. This background enables her to interact with clients with empathy, patience and sensitivity to their unique needs and emotional needs.
    • In addition to gerontological expertise, Heather has expertise in home hazard cleaning. Providing home hazard cleaning services to clients in Montgomery County under the Home Hazard/ Chore Clean program with Montgomery County Government., Aging & Disability Services. This crucial skillset ensures the safe and effective identification, cleaning, disinfecting and disposal of materials commonly found in cluttered or neglected homes.
    • Complementing her gerontological and home hazard cleaning expertise, Heather brings over 25 years of invaluable experience working directly with the aging population through Montgomery County Government Aging & Disability Services. Which includes over 15 years of experience in case management, coordination of care and services, advocacy and outreach experience. This provides a deep understanding of how to assess individual needs, develop care plans, coordinate services with various healthcare professionals, community resources and advocate for the best interests of her client.
    • ​Our family oriented atmosphere ensures that you will be treated with the utmost respect giving your seniors and families the confidence that all your cleaning needs will be handled with precision and care.
    • In her spare time Heather is a Personal Trainer to women over 40, enjoys hiking, running 5ks, actively engaged in community service with her congregation and loves spending time with her family.
