Spot Check Cleaning partners with aging professionals, care managers, home care providers, senior-serving organizations, and other community professionals who may encounter clients struggling to safely maintain their home environment.
We understand that sometimes the concern you observe is not always a need for another clinical service.
Sometimes the home simply needs help.

We provide compassionate, judgment-free senior safety cleaning, clutter support, hoarding support, and caregiver relief cleaning with an understanding of the unique needs of older adults and families.

A Simple Referral Process
Submit a Referral
Complete our professional referral form with the information available to you.
We Review the Request
Spot Check Cleaning reviews the referral to determine whether the requested service falls within our scope and can be performed safely.
We Make Initial Contact
You can expect an initial response from our team within 1–2 business days. When appropriate, we will contact the client, family member, caregiver, or referral source identified on the referral form.
We Discuss Next Steps
If the service appears to be a good fit, we may schedule a Safety Cleaning Assessment to better understand the condition of the home and cleaning needs.

Spot Check Cleaning is led by Heather Williams, a retired Montgomery County Aging & Disability Services professional with more than 25 years of experience supporting older adults, individuals with disabilities, caregivers, and families.
We understand the importance of dignity, professional boundaries, clear communication, and compassionate service when entering the home of an older adult.
We're not your typical cleaning company.
We understand that the condition of a home can sometimes tell a much bigger story.

What Happens Next?
Once your referral is received, Spot Check Cleaning will review the information provided. You can expect an initial response from our team within 1–2 business days.
When appropriate, we will contact the person identified in the referral form to discuss the situation, answer questions, and determine whether a Safety Cleaning Assessment should be scheduled.
