Spot Check Cleaning provides cleaning, clutter support, caregiver relief cleaning, and other agreed-upon home-support services.

Our services are intended to help create cleaner, safer, and more manageable home environments. Spot Check Cleaning does not provide medical care, personal care, behavioral health treatment, occupational therapy, social work, professional case management, or emergency response services.

A Spot Check Cleaning Safety Cleaning Assessment is a cleaning-focused walkthrough used to better understand the condition of the home, cleaning priorities, visible home-condition concerns, and the anticipated scope of cleaning services.

A Safety Cleaning Assessment is not a professional home-safety inspection, clinical fall-risk assessment, occupational therapy evaluation, environmental inspection, structural inspection, or code inspection.

Spot Check Cleaning does not certify or guarantee that a home is free from hazards or safe for independent living.

During cleaning services, Spot Check Cleaning may notice and communicate obvious visible concerns such as blocked walking paths, loose rugs, excessive clutter, or other home-condition concerns.

These observations are informal and limited to conditions visibly noticed during the course of providing cleaning services.

Spot Check Cleaning does not conduct comprehensive hazard inspections and cannot identify every potential safety concern.

The absence of a reported observation should not be interpreted as confirmation that a home is free from hazards or safety risks.

When authorized, Spot Check Cleaning may provide general service updates or communicate visible home-condition concerns to a designated family member or caregiver.

These communications are provided for general informational purposes and do not constitute a medical assessment, clinical recommendation, professional care plan, or case management service.

Spot Check Cleaning provides compassionate, judgment-free cleaning and clutter support.

We do not diagnose, evaluate, or treat hoarding disorder or any behavioral or mental health condition.

Certain home conditions may require services from licensed healthcare professionals, behavioral health providers, pest-control companies, biohazard remediation specialists, environmental professionals, or other specialized service providers.

Spot Check Cleaning reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services when conditions are outside our scope or cannot reasonably be addressed safely.

Spot Check Cleaning does not provide regulated biohazard remediation, trauma or crime-scene cleaning, hazardous-waste removal, chemical remediation, mold remediation, asbestos removal, or other services requiring specialized licensing, certification, equipment, or disposal procedures.

Services may be declined or discontinued when hazardous or unsafe conditions are identified.

Spot Check Cleaning provides non-medical cleaning support to eligible small group homes, assisted living settings, and other residential care environments.

Our services do not replace facility staffing, direct-care responsibilities, clinical services, infection-control programs, regulatory compliance procedures, or required professional services.

Spot Check Cleaning does not guarantee licensing, regulatory, accreditation, or inspection outcomes.

Spot Check Cleaning is a non-emergency service.

We do not provide emergency response, crisis intervention, adult protective services, medical assistance, or emergency home remediation.

If there is an immediate threat to a person's health or safety, please call 911 or contact the appropriate emergency or public safety agency.

Services are provided based on the agreed-upon scope of work and the conditions reasonably visible and accessible at the time of service.

While Spot Check Cleaning strives to support cleaner, safer, and more manageable environments, no cleaning service can eliminate all home hazards, prevent falls or injuries, or guarantee a particular health, safety, or independent-living outcome.
